Information you provide

When you request a call audit, you may provide your name, work email, phone number, business name, website, approximate call volume, and information about how you want calls handled.

How we use it

We use this information to review your request, contact you about PaidCall, prepare a call-handling recommendation, and improve the service. We do not sell the personal information submitted through this website.

Form processing

The inquiry form is processed and stored by Netlify Forms. A copy of each verified submission is routed to PaidCall by email. Netlify may process technical information needed to operate the form and reduce spam under its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the service, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information.
